la &quot;refacerea dirijata&quot; s-ar putea adauga: Imersia in apa rece (10-12*C) pt 5 minute. Imersia alternativa cald/rece cu o componenta de 2/1 in favoarea timpului de imersie in apa calda(jacuzzi).
la &quot;alimentatia de refacere&quot; s-a dovedit stiintific ca 200 ml lapte + 1g Glucide/gk corporal (echivaletul unui baton energetic)consumate in primele 30 min dupa terminarea efortului, favorizeaza reumplerea rezervelor energetice.</description>
